We are seeking a Recruitment and HR administrator to join our team on an 18-month FTC. This role would suit somebody who is keen to start a Level 3 HR Apprenticeship and looking to build a winder career in corporate services.

As the HR and Recruitment Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the team holding responsibility for coordinating recruitment processes, onboarding, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR and Recruitment operations.


Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the full recruitment cycle, from posting job adverts to scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate feedback.
- Manage job boards and company recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Manage the Recruitment and HR inboxes responding within the given SLA.
- Support the Head of Resourcing on producing MI and reporting.
- Coordinate interviews, preparing necessary documentation and sending interview confirmations to candidates.
- Assist the recruitment team in the preparation and issuing of offer letters, contracts, and other employment documentation including right to work checks.
- Respond to general queries and in time provide advice to employees on recruitment/HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and best practices.
- Other duties as required to support the corporate functions, such as supporting the team with general administrative tasks.


Requirements:

- Some experience in an HR or recruitment administrative role could be helpful but is not essential.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with HRIS/recruitment software is an advantage.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
